De Haagse Hogeschool, Johanna Westerdijkplein, The Hague, Netherlands, OV 1.43
On May 13, we’re joining forces with our Dutch and English book clubs as well as our film club! We’ll be reading Atonement (in Dutch: Boetekleed) by Ian McEwan, watching the film adaptation, and discussing both the book and the movie.
The first 15 students (no, not staff 😉) who sign up will receive a free copy of the book. You can choose between the Dutch or English version. The book can be picked up at The Lighthouse & Events (OV0.01), and you can read it at your own pace. To receive the book, the condition is that you actually read it and attend the event.
You can also sign up just to watch the movie without reading the book.
Register quickly! This way, we can arrange enough books and snacks. Students and staff of The Hague University of Applied Sciences are welcome! Admission is free, as always. Be sure to register by April 3 to receive a free book.
